New, Custom Home in TerraBella Village – Lot 324
This is the first house we have built. Knowing very little about construction I relied on recommendations from friends and relatives to select Ron and Nancy Lee. At first it was a fairly confusing project in that we did not have the experience to look at a set of house plans and envision what the completed house would look like. The Lee’s were very patient with us and guided us through the process step by step. Their main concern was that we would be happy. If we asked for help or opinions, they were always eager to guide us.
Although we had heard horror stories from friends who had other builders, we had a relatively stress free experience. We watched the house move from a slab to competition in a matter of 7 months. When the completion day arrived we were really pleased that the house was not only exactly what we had in mind but better. There is nothing in our house that we regret or wish we had done differently.We never had any reservations about the builder that we chose. We continue to be very pleased with our home and in the end not only received our dream home but gained friends in Ron and Nancy Lee.
