We just wanted you to know how thankful we are to have you as our builders of our home.  As I think you are award, since our interstate relocation was brought on us rather quickly, we had a strict, short timeline to find a home to settle into.  All of the homes we viewed just didn't fit out bill concerning quality, function and design.  We were left discouraged thinking we would have to just rent for awhile and build our own home to achieve the quality we desired.  The problem, though, was that this meant we would be moving not once, but twice.

Then we found your home - WOW! - our wonderful new home!  Let us just say, we saw nothing that compared in our home search.  We knew we had found our new home!

We want to thank you not only for building us a wonderful home, but for the unbelievable service you have provided through the process.  The house was spotless (and I do mean spotless) when we moved in.  We received a whole folder on caring for our home.  A week after we moved in, Hurricane Gustav rolled through.  Three trees fell on our lot.  My husband, while in the process of cutting them up a few days after the storm, was greeted by one your project managers who said not to worry about how to haul off the debris.  He had it hauled off for us.  Your project manager, Mike, has overextended himself in working out the few minor fixes needed when we moved in.

But most of all, Ron and Nancy, we are so happy that we believe God has blessed us with such wonderful Christian people for builders.  You exhibit it without saying anything through your actions.  However, it was reaffirmed

when planting daffodil bulbs near our front door.   We dug up the St. Joseph

Statue.  We quickly reburied it and thanked God that He had brought us where we needed to be in a home built by people who also had a love for Him.

Since Hurricane Katrina, I have been through many life-changing experiences; the last of which required that I find a home of my own.  Although the news was sad and devastating, I immediately thought of Ron and Nancy Lee whom I had known for nearly 15 years.  Ron Lee Homes has a reputation of honesty and fairness; their homes are meticulously designed and built.  Almost a year ago now, I called Nancy and told her that I had to buy a house.  My priorities were to buy a Ron Lee Home, to stay in Mandeville, and to buy a brand new home.  Once I was in Nancy's hands, I knew I could relax.  She showed me three homes; all of them were beautiful.  However when I walked in the third one, I thought I was dreaming; I was in awe.  I felt as though the Dear Lord had saved this one for me.  It didn't only look as if it had been custom-built, it looked as if it had been custom-built just for me, and all of my priorities had been met. 

Needless to say, I bought the house.  It was so beautiful empty, but also so easy to decorate because of its up-to-date style.  I just love it!!!  Everyone who has seen it loves it!  I want everyone to see it, because it is my dream home, a dream -come-true home.  Obviously, I called the right builder, and I would strongly recommend Ron Lee Homes to anyone without a doubt becasue I wish everyone could be as "happy at home" as I am.

"I wanted to take this opportunity to let you know how much I love my new home that you and your staff designed and built for me on Brewster Road in Madisonville, LA. Words can not express how much I am enjoying my lovely Acadian Cottage. It is truly more than I ever dreamed it would be.

It was such a pleasure designing and building it with you. From the first day that I came to meet with you both in September 2007 until our last meeting when you signed the house over to me the end of April 2008, I had nothing but fun working on our project together. During that first meeting, I brought a picture of what I wanted the cottage to look like and you took it from there. You were able to design the house with everything that I wanted. Anything extra was priced out and I was able to make informed decisions as to what I could afford and what I could not. Changes were incorporated into the plan with no problem at all.

After construction began, the house was built in less that the estimated six months which helped me greatly with the interim financing. The allowances were more than generous and I was able to have many amenities added to the home. All of your suppliers were friendly and efficient and everything arrived as ordered. Any changes that I wanted done after construction began were easily accomplished by the sub-contractors. When you signed the house over to me, I was actually able to come in under budget.

And most important of all, your staff at Hearthstone Homes was wonderful to work with. They made the experience so much more enjoyable. From April assisting with the design and interior decorating, to Julie helping with the checks and plans in the office, to Mike making sure that everything ran smoothly at the job site – they all did an outstanding job.

When I hear friends and family complain about their contractors, I think of how glad I am that I decided to go with Hearthstone Homes. Thank you all again for my lovely new home."
