2011 Raffle House
Each year The St. Tammany Home Builders Association builds a house for charity. Our Raising the Roof for Charity Raffle House benefits area charities and you could win a house for just $100 (plus taxes). You have the chance to help the community with each purchase. Thanks to the support of the community and our members, we have been able to donate over $4 million to local charities since 1994! The 2011 Raffle House will be located in Bedico Creek Subdivision in Madisonville, LA. This year’s home will be a beautiful French Country Style Home with an open floor plan – 4 Bedrooms, 3 Baths, approximately 2,800 living area (3,700 total sq ft.), estimated value over $400,000. If you purchase your ticket before May 8th, you will also be entered into a drawing for a 5-day Carnival Caribbean Cruise sailing the week of Mardi Gras 2012. This home is built through the generous support of our members. Proceeds from the ticket sales will benefit local charities such as Northshore Families Helping Families, Support Our War Heroes, Tammany Trace, the Good Samaritan Ministry, and American Red Cross.
