Louisiana Gator Fest
The 2nd Annual Louisiana Gator Fest event will be held in 2010 on Saturday, September 18th, from 10 am – 10 pm, and Sunday, September 19th, from 12 pm – 8 pm. This event is a celebration of the mind, body, and spirit of the residents of St. Tammany Parish. Hosted by, and benefiting, the Tammany Trace Foundation, the Mental Health Association of St. Tammany (MHAST) and Truth 180°, this festival will provide a venue for families and friends to enjoy the southern flavor of musical entertainers, outstanding gator recipes prepared by regional chefs, delicious libations, a Miss and Mini Miss St. Tammany Gator Fest beauty pageant, fun-filled activities for the young and old, and artisans with their latest wares. All of these exciting activities are set to take place in the beautiful setting of the St. Tammany Trace at Koop Drive in Mandeville. The Louisiana Gator Fest is an event to promote tourism in St. Tammany Parish. With each new season of growth for this remarkable festival comes the opportunity to showcase our great parish to the state of Louisiana, and neighboring states. We would like to invite you to support our efforts as a sponsor, or attendee of this exciting event.
